Hello,
I created a distribution list in Unity. I can get to it by dialing the name of the list in Unity, however, I could not call the list directly from CUCM by dialing the extension of the list. I tried creating a CTI route point in CUCM, as well as creating a Call Handler. Both didn't work.
What am I missing?
