UPGRADE SX20 FROM TC7.3.21 TO CE FIRMWARE

Any help is appreciated. 
I have a SX20 we have running firmware version TC7.3.21.  
I want to get it on the latest CE firmware available for the SX20  Ce9.15.17.4

What firmware if available can I use to perform the upgrade. 
I am pretty sure it will have to be incrimentale.

For more information, you can probably check the release notes of the CE software you want to upgrade to.
