Upgrade SX20 TCNCx to TCx

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade a SX20, shipped with TCNC6.20 to TC7.02.

After the upgrade the device complains about a missing release key.

Checking the Troubleshooting page I see a valid TCNC key is installed.

How do I get this unit upgraded from NC to Full Encryption mode? I need it to make it work with ISDN Gateway.

You can visit the following link to get the release key of TC7.x:

The serial number of the unit should be under an active contract. If you only get an option of TCNC key on the web page, you might need to engage your Cisco Sales/Accounts team or open up a case with licensing team.
