I have a customer with some MCU's that have not been upgraded in a while.
They are running 4.0(1.54) code.
Can I upgrade them directly to 4.3(2.32) or do I have to do it in steps?
The documentation I have found in the release notes leads me to believe it is a single jump.
Just want to be sure.

You should able to upgrade MCU directly to 4.3(2.32).
Please make sure you take MCU configuration backup prior to software upgrade.

HI Richard. On top of what Tomo is asking you to do in saving the configuration file, I would also check to see if the user is using CDR's or Audit logs on the MCU. Please save these before upgrading, as they will be deleted upon upgrade.
Warning in Release Notes:
Upgrading causes all CDRs to be deleted. If you are using Call Detail Records (CDR) for billing, auditing or any other purpose, before you upgrade to this release, you must download and save your current CDR data. Also, if you downgrade from this release to any older version, the MCU will delete all existing CDRs.
