Upgrading TP sever 310v to CMS1000

Is there any chance to upgrade my TP310v to CMS .

TelePresence Server hardware appliances are unable to run Cisco Meeting Server, the only exception is the Multiparty Media 400v and 410v, both of which run CMS as a virtualized appliance on dedicated UCS servers.  Refer to the CMS Data Sheet for more information on the supported platforms.

I have active contract for TP410v . Am i able move to CMS without any addtional charge?

CMS itself is $0.  You'll need to purchase new PMP Plus or SMP Plus licenses, along with new support contracts.  If you have existing PMP or SMP licenses, you can purchase the Plus versions at a discounted price, however the support contracts are not discounted.  Reach out to your Account Manager, they can go over the details of migration and your options.
