All Cisco endpoints support URI dialing (ie: alias@domain).
If the SX80 is configured as a standalone endpoint, and not registered to either CUCM or VCS, it will perform a DNS SRV lookup for the domain, and if that fails it will look for A records for the domain.
If it's registered to CUCM or VCS, you'll need to configured your infrastructure to allow URI dialing out to your DNS, take a look at the WebEx Meeting Center Video Conferencing Enterprise Deployment Guide (WBS31).

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for information.
Yes. I want to configure SX80 as standalone endpoint and how to configure URI dialing in SX80 with CMR cloud details. How to verify the URL dialing work or not?

To configure the SX80 as standalone, take a look at Vivek's post here: sx20-standalone.
As I said, all Cisco endpoints support URI dialing, no special configuration is needed for this, the endpoint just needs to be able to query DNS to lookup the domain etc. The SX80 will obtain DNS entries automatically if using DHCP, but if using if it's configured to use a static IP address, make sure you also specify DNS entries yourself.
CMR Cloud doesn't support standalone endpoints using SIP, only H323. You should take a look at the deployment guide I linked to in my previous reply for reference.
