use cisco unity connection

Hi,

I have MCS CUCM ver 8.6 and voice gateway 2911 , Can I add Cisco unity connection , to allow IVR and 4 users as call center ?

Hi Hamada,

If you are installing Unity version 8.x, you can use UCS\BE6K or any MCS server available with you.

For integrating Unity as SCCP see below

last question 

now available only unity 11.x and 10.x , are they compatible with CUCM 8.6 ?

also i need to deploy it with lowest price which server you recommend ?

Hi Hamada

If you have the CUCM ISO, Unity is bundled with it. But Unity 8.X is end of sale\support. I would recommend you to upgrade to latest version. For upgrade regarding help line BOM and all, contact your accounts team and they would help you.

if i have ISR router with CME , i can make IVR and hunt group ?

You would need CUE to play any announcement, but yes you can use hunt groups in CME.
