Hello, when we want to make a call from external Video Device to an internal Video Device, the call is working.
When the external Caller try to connect to an MCU, the Call disconnect after 30 Seconds with Reason: "Timed out expecting ACK"
Our VCS-E has two Network Interfaces.
When the call failes, we see on VCS-C the message
tvcs: UTCTime="2017-06-07 12:40:12,186" Module="network.tcp" Level="ERROR": Src-ip="10.7.128.33" Src-port="27207" Dst-ip="194.33.1XX.XXX" Dst-port="5060" Detail="TCP Connection Failed"
On the firewall all connection are allowed.
Does anybody has an idea why this happens?
Best Regards
Daniel
