VCS Expressway with Webex cloud CMR

I am trying to get our VCS/Cisco telepresence gear to call into a newly added Webex CMR setup. I think the calls are probably failing at the VCS Expressway. I've setup a DNS zone and a search rule for Webex. Any thoughts on what I'm missing? -thanks

I've never dialed into a CMR Cloud conference before, but have gotten invites to them a few times.  From what I've seen, you should just dial the SIP address that is provided to you.  You shouldn't have to configure anything on your VCS, unless this is CMR Hybrid (aka WebEx Enabled TelePresence).

It is Webex enabled TelePresence

Okay, you mentioned cloud, so I wasn't sure if it was Hybrid or Cloud, two different CMR types, Hybrid requires configuration on the customer and WebEx side, where Cloud does not.  Have you worked with your partner on the A2Q process, and your WebEx site been configured for TelePresence?

Sorry, I'm new to the video stuff so my terminology is off. Webex is still being provisioned but I was setup with a test site to try as well as tried calling into one or Cisco reps CMR and was unable to.
