VCS Expressway x8.6 username and password

Hi Guys,

My Customer is installing the VCS expressway x8.6 and one step is requested the username and password. He told me that not configuration this information. I am not specialist in this technology. I searched in the site, but, not found this information. My question is: are there the username and password default that is used in the installation?

Hello,

As I know, you must use the username and password you used for the installation.

You have two users: the one you used during (admin) and the root one. Default password = TANDBERG.

Hello Wilson -

As Heriberto has pointed out, the default password for "admin" account for the web interface is TANDBERG.

Have they ran through the initial setup of the server, do you know if it's a hardware appliance or virtual VCS?  If they have already went through the initial setup, they should have been prompted to change the the default password for the admin account.  Suggest you have them take a look a the install guide depending on which type of VCS they have purchased.

Also, since this is a new install, they should also take a look at the VCS Basic Configuration (Control with Expressway) Deployment Guide as well.
