Video call from PSTN

I use a video IP Phone 8945. Now if someone from PSTN tries to make a video call from his/her 4G mobile handset to my Cisco DID, will I receive the video from other end? Or will the video call work only for internal calls?

Unless you're doing some clever stuff, it'll only come across as audio.

To get video from the mobile phone to your 8945, you'll either:

 - Need to use some kind of IP/SIP connection from the mobile back to your phone.

 - Some video/ISDN gateway on your phone system, and some way to persuade your mobile to make a video call over the PSTN.

Ok, now, let's say that the customer is an enterprise customer and uses a video endpoint registered on his company's IP PBX (either Cisco or non-cisco). So can he make a video call to my Cisco DID?

And similarly, if I have a call center with video endpoints, can the enterprise end customers make video calls?

By default, the PSTN usually only carries voice. If you want video, you need a data connection somewhere. So either over the Internet using SIP trunks or VCS, or using IP/ISDN gateways to make data calls over ISDN. E.g Cisco
