I use a video IP Phone 8945. Now if someone from PSTN tries to make a video call from his/her 4G mobile handset to my Cisco DID, will I receive the video from other end? Or will the video call work only for internal calls?
Both PCCE and BE7k support 1000 agents. Why should I buy PCCE when it just provides limited features:CCE, CVP, CM, Finesse. Whereas BE7k gives me so many applications.
