Hello Ahmed,
Welcome to the Cisco family!! :-)
To answer your questions:
1) Yes CME supports Video calls; as usual there are some restrictions and some pre-requisites. I would suggest to go through the feature document that will answer your questions in detail:
2) I would suggest 15.1(4)M or 15.1(4)M1 (which will be coming out in the later part of June). This IOS version will give you the lastets version of CME 8.6. The above document also lists the minimum CME versions required for Video support in case you do not prefer to use 15.1(4)M at this point of time.
FYI, this page shows your what CME version is in what IOS version and its specifications and also has links to the documentation and release notes:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/33matrix.htm
3) 2921 should work fine.
Hope this helps,
Vishal

Hello,
If you follow Vishal's suggestion about using IOS 15.1(4)M, you could use IOS video conferencing/transcoding services on the ISR G2 with PVDM3 (then you don't need MCU).
Video Conferences:

Video xcoding:

Hope it helps, please rate if it does.

Hello,
the links are down, is there any links updated? Thanks

If you mean the ones Adrian posted, those features have been deprecated for many years now, that's why documentation no longer exists.
