We have two queries from customer on Video Conferencing solution can someone help
1.
. In current scenario Once Video conference session established & all attendee joins the conference call their name initially appears & later on after establishing conference call their name disappears ,
2.
Second requirement about Conference call auto scheduling via MCU (central management ) device ; instead of every one (all attendee ) dial in to bridge no it should be initiated by central device on behalf of everyone & connect all attendee into conference ( as per the scheduled time of conference meeting the call will get initiated from central management device )

For you to invite preconfigured participants, you need to add them first as H.323 or SIP endpoints on the MCU. Just follow the guide provided. Once added, you can invite them as preconfigured participants by just ticking them and the MCU will automatically dial out these endpoints once the conference starts.
By going to the MCU global settings:
Settings > Conferences > Time to show participant names
This setting controls whether (and for how long) participants shown in view panes are accompanied by their supplied name.

Take a look at the MCU admin guide under p.181.

Take a look at page 115-135 (Configuring H323 endpoints and SIP endpoints) on same guide provided on the link.

Dear Acevirgil
Thanks for your reply
Can you just guide me whether it is correct or not for the second requirement
that under a conference setting there is a option to invite preconfigured participants
We have to pre-configure participants for this conference and when the conference call starts it will dial out all of them
For the first requirement so all the participants name will be displayed along with their video panes or just video panes
For name again we have to go to
Home-> Conference -> <Name of conference> -> Participants
Thanks for your time and reply

Dear Acevirgil
We tried the above both configuration and it is working fine
When MCU is dialing out to the pre configured participants users are getting the H323 ID gatekeeper what we configured under the H323 setting can we over ride the conference number with this
When we tried the setting
Invite preconfigured participants When other participant joins the conference
under this setting if a pre configured participant dials conference is happening but the MCU dial again the user which first dialed the conference
