Video Lags while conference VC call

We tested 3 way VC with 3 different VC room. We observed distortion in 3 way video conferencing even when all video equipment are connected to same switch, no WAN / MPLS circuit or other gears in play. Tested with both Sx10/20 video gears, same result. Even audio was cracking in some instance during 3 way VC.

Hi,

Which all are the 3 devices you tested ?

Are they in standalone mode on registered to CUCM / VCS ?

What was the bandwidth you used during the test call ?

If all of the devices are in the same switch and not connecting to some other device like an MCU you probably have a duplex mismatch. Make sure that both the switch port and the ethernet port on the device is set to the same thing - auto/auto or if one side is set to something specific like 100/full make sure the other is the same. If you have one set to auto and the other to 100/full the auto side will land at 100/half and you will get consistent packet loss.
