Hello,
we have a videoconference C40 which have no access to the web UI. The software it has installed is: TANDBERG Codec Release TC7.1.4.908e4a9 SW Release Date: 2014-06-12.
We have check that http and https is enabled, but we have no access. However we have telnet and ssh access without problems.
Thank you.

Hi Paco,
If the C40 is registered in CUCM, you have to enable the web interface from there.

Hello,
Is that necessary to enable web interface? On C20 model it's not needed.
In that case, what version we have to install?
Thank you very much.

I have this problem also and I'm not registering it with CUCM. Straight out of the box, TC7.1.4 installed. IP is assigned via DHCP but I can not web browse into the codec. I can SSH and the on screen commands work, web browser access doesn't. Third C40 (out of 25) I've had this issue with and haven't been able to find a fix.

xConfiguraiton NetworkServices HTTP Mode: On
If it is enabled and you're still not able to access the codec's web interface, you could try to do a factory reset.
