can anyone tell my where can i found informations about what a voip packet includes....
to be more specific i want to know if there is something like that

for voip packets....
i found something similar in a book (voice over ip second edition uyless black) but it dose not explain what value every field can take (as in the botom of the picture for the ip packet..)
