VTIII Camera - Jabber, Call Manager 9.0?

I need to know whether the VTIII Camera is compliant with Jabber, on Call Manager version 9.0.

Currently the VTIII is working with a Call Manager under the version 7.0 only.

If I upgrade from 7.1 to 9.0 will I require new licenses for enabling video at the ip phones? This is, do I have to change the collaborative tool from Cuva to Jabber?

The VTIII camera is supported with Jabber so as long as your desktop OS supports the camera driver it will work in CUCM 9.0. You will also not require new licenses for enabling video but you will need to go through the license migration when upgrading to 9.0 as the license files are different.

You also should still be able to use CUVA if you wish or use jabber.
