You have to use cisco warranty tool to check particular part number. In attach for sx20 with 12 zoom. How we can see warranty 90 days for CTS-SX20-PHD12X-K9. But you have to contact with partner\distributor to make replacement. In most cases if you bought it no more than 5 years ago they can make replacement, but you will pay for logistics from Netherlands to your location. Cisco will ship part free (0 price) for partner\distributor only to Netherlands. You have to talk to your partner.
