As per reply to the PM you sent - please keep discussions here rather than in PMs - for a single endpoint, there is no other infrastructure required to register an endpoint to the Webex Cloud.

Some of the answer will depend on how your client has the device registered, and which protocols it has been configured to use. The device itself is capable of participating in SIP and H.323 calls, but the Call Control Platform in use by your customer may affect what it is able to use. If it's registered to the Webex Cloud, it can dial (and be dialled) by any standards based SIP endpoint (whether that be software or hardware), and can be a part of a Webex Cloud meeting.
You really need to talk to your client to work out better what they have in place before a more precise answer can be given.

Dear Wayne thanks a lot for advice
right now there is no UC infra at client side , so i hope best way is webex cloud, and webex codec plus can register to cloud .
do we need to install any public ca signed certificates in this case .
Also any Cisco guides available for this implementation.
Thank you
