Webex Room Kit EQ voice and video call without Multisite.

Hello,

Does the Room Kit EQ have the ability to make a single video call and 1 voice call at the same time WITHOUT a Multisite key?

I am unable to using version 11.9.3.1.

On the previous version codec ,Room Kit Plus, we are able to on the same OS version as well on the Older SX20 using 9.15.18.5 without a Multisite key.
