When I create a new contact, set up the protocol (ex.Protocol:Auto),
when I want to edit the contact,I changed the protocol: Auto→H.323 and save, the protocol changed from Auto to H.323.
But I changed H.323 back to Auto,Protocol can't change it back.
H.323 to SIP is ok. I have tried CE9.1.4 & CE9.4.0 have this problem.
What should I do?

I just tested it and this seems to be a bug in the older CE9 software releases (up to and including CE9.5.2).
It has been fixed in the CE9.6.1 software version that is being released this month.
A workaround in the meanwhile if you need to set a contact back to "Auto" is to delete it and recreate it.
