TelePresence and Video Infrastructure

Hello,   I am looking for a step by step guide for updating the firmware on a Cisco Telepresence DX80 if there is one available and someone can point me in the right direction in getting one.   Thanks  

Hi guys, I wonder how many concurrent conferences can be when I have 5 SMP each two callbridges in cluster.   According to logic, it seems that it is possible to operate about ten, 5 in CB1 and 5 in CB2.
