Hi,
One of our customer is using Cisco Room Kit and now the touch 10 is not working.
As I see in the CCW touch 10 CS-TOUCH10= is not order able.Can we give Webex Room navigator instead ?current firmware version is CE9.2

If you have a valid smartnet, replace it though RMA.
Webex Room Navigator Control Unit will be the replacement for CS-TOUCH10=

No we do not have a valid smartnet.
Is there any minimum firmware version required to use Room navigator?

you need CE9.14.3 or later, or Webex Clouds. You need to activate the smartnet for your device to update to version 9.14.3. If you renew the smartnet you can replace the faulty hardware with a wait period of 30 days.

Hello!
CE 9.14.3 is the lowest supported f/w. The room kit is supported model, but the f/w is not. so a service contract and a f/w upgrade will be needed.

You need to bring your CS kit to version CE9.14.3
