We have a non networked Webex USB is connected to a single network connected PC which is used for MS Teams meetings. When it works, it is a fantastic solution. Unfortunately, we have an periodic issue, where the Webex USB speaker stops broadcasting the audio from the remote meeting participants. The remote Teams participants can hear what is being said on the Webex USB side. This often occurs in a second meeting, if we have two meetings that are held back to back. The issue can be resolved, (but not always), by doing one of the following: Unplugging and Replugging the usb connection between the PC and the Webex USB, or , cycling power of the Webex USB, or restarting the Meeting, or forcing the audio usb driver to reinstall on the PC. None of the four solutions consistently resolve the problem. But generally one of them will. I can connect to the Webex USB via Putty to set default configuration values if that is needed.

I don’t suppose you know if it’s reproducible with a calling/meeting app other than MSFT Teams, do you? That would help know which “side” to focus on.
Also, have you tried a software update on the Cisco device? It’s always possible you’re hitting a bug.
