What are "unexpected packets" reported in VCS (and/or VCS-E) statistics

Does anybody know where there is information on what exactly the stats mean that are reported within VCS and VCS-E?

What are Keepalives, errors and Unexpected packets? Lost and and out of order are pretty much self-explanatory but I can't find any documentation on the others?

From where you get such error/loss ?

Its on the VCS-E coming from an endpoint on the Internet. There are very little "errors" or "Loss", but lots of "Unexpected"

Hi Douglas,

    DId you finally figure out what are those packets? I can see lots of them in an Expressway deployment but I'm not sure about the impact on a video call.
