You can see the VM specs here:
Virtualization for Cisco TelePresence Management Suite
More specific information such as OS and versions can be found in the install guides:

Suggest you take a look at the pre-requisite section in the TMS install/deployment guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tms/install_guide/Cisco-TMS-install-guide-14-5.pdf
Please note even though Win 2008R2 is supported, Cisco recommends users upgrade to Win 2012 as this version will be a requirement in the future.

But all you need to know is clearly specified in the documentation.....you need to read the docs to get a better understanding of all options and learn about this technology - you cannot get away with not reading the relevant docs. It is because you are new to this that we are pointing you to the correct documentation, best way to learn.

I agree with Jens, everything you need to know is in the documentation and links we provided, all you have to do is read up on what you're wanting to install starting with the install and deployment guides, all the information you want to know is there.

Ditto to the above two comments (and +5). If you are going to be building and maintaining a TMS installation you really need to know the details and not just a simple install A followed by B, then C. The TMS install Guide will be a good start and likely details the answers to most of your questions.
Note: these guides will not teach you how to install the Microsoft Windows Server software. It's assumed that you already have a Windows Server built and ready for the TMS installation. For Windows Server installation, please see the guides on the Microsoft Web Site.
Also, more recent releases of TMS do not come with the SQL database software, so you will either need an external Microsoft SQL Server or to download and install the Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition before installing TMS. SQL 2012 is the recommended versions - 2014 is not yet supported.
