please provide the details , what changes are automatic when moving VCS X7.2.1 to 8.1.1.

No major changes, except for gui flips/adds (if you are upgrading), if you are installing a new vcs 8.1.1 then pay attention to the new ports ranges as this is a bit different from older versions. Please review the release notes of vcs 8.1.1
