Hi,
With a single server/non-redundant, regular deployment of TMS, what is the impact of failure of the TMS?
Are conferences currently in progress held up, is it just the ability to schedule new conferences that is lost, etc? Can you advise or provide a link to the failure scenarios please, I have searched but cannot get answers.
Thanks L

Conferences/calls that are running will continue, no problem. You won't be able to schedule anything new, and conferences that haven't started yet won't start if TMS is down, nor will you get any phonebooks.

Thank you - are you aware of any documentation that states this or provides more information?

I don't think Cisco has any documentation that states this. Do you have TMS now? It's easy enough to verify - just schedule a conference during off hours, start it, then reboot the TMS server. It will reboot and come back online and your conference will not be affected at all.
