You need a TelePresence Server to handle TIP, a MCU will not do it, so yes, you will need a 7010 rather than a 5320.

Apparently you can run TP server software on a 5320 instead of MCU software:

Keep in mind that you will lose some features that are exclusive to the MCU software if you do this.

Thanks for pointing that out Nick. In any case, the OP will need to be running the TelePresence Server software on the device rather than MCU.
