Hi Kirk
Cisco release patches for Unity as follows:
1) Windows Patches - go to cisco.com/go/software and search for Unity 5.0. In that section you'll see Microsoft Updates for Unity. There's a single .exe you can download that is released regularly that contains all the supported service packs, patches, and so on for Unity. Run it on the server console or via VNC to install it (a simple next/next/finish wizard), but remember to disable Cisco Security Agent if you run it before installing.
2) Unity patches are available but generally I wouldn't bother for a production system unless you are changing something in the environment already e.g. moving to a new Exchange version...

Erm.. thanks for the poor rating in response for me taking time out of my day to assist you.
And the reason is so that you have the vendor's assurance that the patches are tested with their software, and so that you get their continued support.
