On CUCM You will be able to register it as a Third Party SIP device. You need to do a POC and see it support all features you are expecting with this device.

Although I have registered and used Yealink SIP phones and video endpoints, it is a very troublesome process in my opinion. We should register and manage third-party devices through Expressway, as this is Cisco's recommended solution.
