i had some probems with external calls using vcs control at first i was able to intiate a call and i could see that im connected but i recived no video or audio ,,so my analysis was like this , since i can make the call outside but the outside unit can find me so i said the problem is with the dns rsv ,, ive added rsv records now when i get a call i see message on the screen saying no incoming signal and when i go the the vcs call history i see this error
481 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist help...kindley help

most likely there is error in your search rules but at this stage is hard to say. you need to enable debug mode on VCS and collect logs to see where the call gets branched to.

As you only write "vcs control", in most enviroments you will need a vcs espressway to
be able to handle external calls. At least if not all systems and the vcs-c would be reachalbe
transparent from the remote site which would require no NAT and a huge range of ports to be opened.
Besides that, no video alsways smells like firewall issues.
