Audio messages displayed in a videoconference meeting

Hello,

my company has a complete on premise videoconference infrastructure : CUCM, Expressway-C and -E, TMS, CMS, Room kit and SX endpoints...

I would like to display audio messages in the videoconference meetings that are booked in our TMS, like "the conference is going to end in 5 minutes".

I have read the Cisco CMS customization guidelines and the TMS API guide but i can not find a way to put in place the service that i want.

Has someone any idea how I can do that please ?

Thx

TMS can display a message to endpoints but it is not audio.

See similar thread.

If you want audio I would suggest getting a feature request submitted.

There is a feature request portal but it currently doesn't cover on prem conferencing.

I submitted a request to have the portal have on prem conferencing it is currently marked future consideration.

You might want to up vote that.  Otherwise I would reach out to your AM and ask them to submit a request to the BU.

Thank you for the reply Gregory.

I'm going to up vote to get this functionality.

Some of my users are partially sighted person, or even blind, I would like to help them with some audio messages during videoconferences in which they attend.
