Cisco Touch 10 - Disconnecting

Hello, 

 

I am running Cisco SX20 (Version: TC7.3.0.8cb420c), with a Cisco Touch 10 (T10) over Cisco C3750P. However the unit T10 keeps constantly unpairing. we have a few other T10 and T8 which are doing the same, I was wondering if any of you has any idea?
