Hi all. We have a TMS/CMS configuration and run standard TMS reports which give me most of what I need in terms of stats. CDR is used too.
What I could really do with reporting on though is the number of people who have attended the meetings. Not just those rooms added from TMS, but remote connection via web/phone etc too. I scanned the admin guides and cannot find anything that gives this information.
Anyone know if this is possible?
