Hi Guys,
I have a question regarding the CMS LDAP sync.
I have 5 AD ( one per country), and I would like sync my CMS with them.
My first idea is to create 5 LDAP server and 5 LDAP Mapping.
But after reflection, I would like use the global catalog with port 3268. With this solution I can create only 1 LDAP server and LDAP Mapping.
I tested it but it's failed.
Can you tell me if the global catalog is supported by CMS?
Thanks
regards
Sébastien

Yes, it is supported and this is what I usually do during my deployments.
try LDAP admin tool to test if your Filter is working fine and you can connect with AD using the provided credentials.
and your service account is also permitted to look up all the entries in a domain using the global catalog.
