Error in Cisco spark room kit demo unit

Hi i have a Cisco Spark room Kit Demo with me. As we will be giving 16 digit activation key to register the device in the cloud. But i have the validity for the same for 1 week but thrice i have given the key and it was expired immediately. Do any one have any idea on this. What might be the error.

Hi,

 

what software version is it running? Upgrade the device to the latest available software and factory reset the device. Now generate a new activation code and try to register it again.
