Good afternoon
I have a customer who is experiencing the below issue
1) That users often see an image of a previous conference frozen on the screen when they entering a studio. Rebooting the CODEC temporarily resolves the issue, but often the problem re-appears.
2) When sending dual video feed, the image freezes. Again the CODEC need to be rebooted.
Theses used to be old issues and for a while we though the software upgrade had resolved them. However, we are noticing that these issues are beginning to re-appear especially with CODEC running 9.3.1
This is happening with more than one unit.
Any ideas? Is this a firmware problem? A bug that might be fixed?
Many thanks
Luke

Hi Luke,
What all devices do you have in the setup.
Point to point call or a bridge call ?
Does it happens on a call specific to a site or everywhere ?
What is the device calling to when you observe this issue.
what is the video codec used when on call H.264 ?
There were few issues earlier of image freeze however that are already fixed in previous releases.
Thanks

Thank you Ravi
There have been instances historically where a previously fixed bug has been re-introduced on a later version inadvertantly but i'm hoping this isnt one of them. Infact i'm quite certain as this is the only customer we have who is complaining about it!
I will pose the questions to them and see what they say.
Many thanks for your reply
Kind regards
Luke
