Hello,
It seems you are trying to do secure registration of DX80 with CUCM and trying to provision it with CUCM.
Please login to web GUI and navigate to-
1- Setup-->Configuration -->Provisioning and turn off the provisioning mode.
2- Navigate to security--> CUCM certificates and delete the current ITL CTL files.
3- Login to CUCM admin and open the phone profile of DX80.
4- Check the device security profile whether it is secure or non-secure.
5- If secure go to "Certification Authority Proxy Function (CAPF) Information "
And set the certificate operation as Install/Upgrade and save and apply the config.
6- Again login to DX80 web GUI and navigate to Setup-->Configuration -->Provisioning
And set the provisioning mode to CUCM and in external manager address make sure you put the CUCM server IP and save the config and lets see if it resolves the issue.
