In complete standby state, then No.
But if you want it in Half-awake mode, you can use a "Custom brand background"
The brand image will be displayed as a background on both the main screen and on the touch panel when the video system is in the halfwake state. The recommended image size is 1920x1080 pixels, in png or jpeg format.
You could then have some macros running that detects when the endpoint goes in to standby mode and wakes it back to "halfwake".
