MX700 Cisco telepresense screen color calibration

We have a cisco MX700 telepresense unit, having a color calibration issue, when the system is first turned on the screen on the left is blue, screen on the right is pink, when connecting the desktop colors are off.  I see a color calibration port on top of the unit, is this a color calibration issue or could it be something else?

We have a customer with several MX700 which also has a color difference in the two monitors.

Did you ever find a solution to your problem?

Hi,

on Cisco Live I was told you have to open a case and cisco will provide you a special firmware in which you can change the colors.

Open a case with Cisco TAC, they have software that you access the screens via USB to control the color, brightness etc.
