We have installed recently Cisco SX20 in the boardroom after a month we realized to have webex teams for calling with office employees. so we subscribed Cisco Spark and we enabled SIP calls but then the earlier IP based H323 calls are not working now. also the IP based console is also blocked. I am wondering how to solve this issue to have SIP calls and H323 calls feature from SX20. if you could guide me it would be really great or if you share your contact details we can talk each other and able to understand how you managed to solve the issues.
it would really helpful to me for sure. Many thanks in Advance.

When you register to the cloud, you can no longer use H323 or SIP at this time. The cloud protocol is not SIP, it is a proprietary call protocol Cisco developed.

As mentioned in your other thread, and by @JFerello, when registered to the Cisco Webex Cloud, H.323 is disabled. You can not have it dual registered in such a configuration. For your H.323 callers, they would need to dial the Webex address of your endpoint, not the old H.323 address you may have used.
