Solved: SX80 with Precision 60 camera and Selfview doesn't wok

Hi,

We are testing a SX80 codec with one Precision 60 camera connected. Its intended to work as PresenterTrack ony, without the SeakerTrack.

It's on the TelePresence Touch and in the webinterface for the SX80 that selfview is grey :(.

Is not supported without the SpeakerTrack?

Please help.

You don't get an active view of the camera on the Touch10.

The view on the web interface will also be grey if you don't have the Remote Monitoring option key installed on your SX20.

PresenterTrack should work regardless if SpeakerTrack is used. Can you confirm that the main camera source is set to the camera being used for PresenterTrack?

PresenterTrack is working :) but selfview is grey. Main camera source has the correct camera selected.
