Hi,
I am trying to get the OBTP feature to work in a lab environment with S4B/TMSXE/CMS. So far conferences are well created in TMS thanks to the TMSXE module but the externally hosted option remains unticked and the video address link is empty. I have added the domain into the TMSXE configuration, the TMS is set with External MCU: Always, Prefered MCU: CMS. I have activated the debug in TMSXE and see:

Using OutlookSpy, I see that the uccapabilities attribut is present. Any clue?
Maybe @Patrick Sparkman?
BTW: I also try using the WebEx Outlook Add-In with the corresponding Webex configuration in TMS but same result:
2018-06-17 22:07:11,729 [23] DEBUG AppointmentTelePresenceProperties - uccapabilities present : False

Does it work if you book directly from TMS rather than via Outlook?

If I book directly from TMS and tick "Externally Hosted" and set the SIP address then everything works fine but the whole idea is to automate this part using the Outlook module.

Sorry I shouldn't have mentioned the CMS as I can bring confusion (I tested this option before). The meeting is hosted in the S4B infrastructure and I am just expecting TMSXE to set the externally hosted field with the SIP address in the TMS conference. When I do that action manually after the creation from TMSXE, everything (e.g. OBTP) works like a charm.

Are you booking a Skype meeting with Outlook? As that would be required for XE to pick up the Skype meeting details to have it as the externally hosted address.

Yes booking from Outlook but it seems that none of the attributs from the meeting is picked up by the TMS XE. I tried also using the WebEx PUT from Outlook, verified the presence of the UCCapabilities using Outlook Spy but the TMSXE still report:
2018-10-07 08:06:48,064 [20] DEBUG AppointmentTelePresenceProperties - uccapabilities present : False
2018-10-07 08:06:48,064 [20] DEBUG AppointmentTelePresenceProperties - ucMeetingsetting Present: False
2018-10-07 08:06:48,064 [20] DEBUG AppointmentTelePresenceProperties - OnlineMeetingExternalLink present: False
Any clue in term of how to troubleshoot?
