When i try to add SSL cert to C20 codec (TCNC4.2.0.260857), i getting "Reason: No such file or directory" and nothing happens

Uploading CA and Audit CA certs is done

If it is a software bug? Any suggestions?

Am I allowed to ask where you live / your endpoint is located?

The TCNC version is the one without encryption for some restricted countries.

If you don't, and your licensekey is invalid, the you might upgraded to the wrong software, you should have used the TC.

Just upload the TC. Release keys are specific for TC and TCNC

If the TCNC version is correct then there is no usage of ssh, https, sips, srtp, certificates, ...

Please vote the question and mark it as solved if it is.

Thanks for you answer, Martin!

I am in Moscow, Russia. I think, you right, and this is encryption restrictions issue =(

I am now replace soft with s52000tc4_2_0 and it works with same release keys!

Interesting, I would consider this a bug :-)

I once tried the vice versa way, install a TCNC with a TC key which failed.

(the upgrade works fine, but you will not be able to place calls)

My mind tells me that it should be more likely that this should work then

being able to install a TC with a TCNC key.

Even if your upgrade might have worked, please recheck the rules and

regulations in your country.

Yes, it`s strange, but it works in my case.

I don`t know what kind of encryption allowed in my country and don`t want to break my head with this.

So I think that's okay to use TLS in C20, because it is used in other different  it systems.

Thanks for answers!
