VCS Expressway X.12.5 | Disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 | Impact on Webex CMR Cloud

Hello team,

On the release note of Expressway X.10,  it says: Calls to Webex via Expressway need to enable TLSv1.0. 

Does Webex CMR Cloud support TLS 1.2 now? 

We have the requirement to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, however 70% of the traffic on our expressway is Webex.

I'm wondering if we upgrade to X.12.5, and disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1, Webex inbound calls would fail.

Hi There, 

The Webex cloud support TLS 1.2 .

• Beginning Aug. 3, 2018, Cisco Webex will only support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2. For more info, see: https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/cc09hk
