i have Cisco telepresence MX800 when i make call between telepresence and IP phone the first Phone can make video call but the second one can't make video call just Voice call how i can edit it and allow to second one to make video call.

Is this with CUCM?
did you check the location and region settings between the devices? what bandwidth is needed?

yes it connected to cucm and it same location and region .

how do you establish the second call? you call into the MX with one phone, then call the same MX from the second phone?
