Can not be imagined! I found a small piece of copper wire make short circuit dropped inside USB port by mistake while installation when I removed it the codec worked again without any issue!

And I accessed through console as well after loaded

Thanks

Any help please for that?

Thanks for all

Are you able to connect to the C20 at all, either via ethernet or serial (via the camera control port using C20 RS232 Y Cable)?

Have you tried to disconnect all cables from the C20, and only connect the power, and do you have another power supply you can try?
Have you tried to factory reset the C20 (use as a last resort):

  1. When the unit is off, press and hold the power button.
  2. Wait until the power LED goes dark and then light up again (approximately 10 seconds).
  3. Then release the power button and press it twice within 4 seconds.
  4. The system boots up and display a confirmation message on the video screen if the process was successful.

I removed all cables except power but nothing happened. Ethernet cable not working and i tried reset by hold power press untill see green light then press power twice but didnt work! I will make serial port could u suggest me the connection for it please?

I tested the power supply with Avometer and is ok. What do u mean by

  1. Wait until the power LED goes dark and then light up again (approximately 10 seconds).

The power LED on the front panel of the C20.
The pinout for the Y cable is linked in my previous reply, it's the second wiring diagram using P1 and P3. If you're able to connect to the C20 using the serial cable, restart the C20 and halt the boot process when prompted in the console output to enter u-boot.  Once in u-boot, try the following:

  1. Swap to the secondary software image - type "selectsw", it will tell you which image is active, then do "selectsw #" where # is the number of the inactive image.
  2. Factory reset - type "setenv othbootargs factoryreset" and then "boot".

Most likely if you're unable to connect to the C20 by any means, you'll need to contact TAC if it's covered under an active service contract for help troubleshooting, and/or possibly get it replaced.

I tried with y cable but didnt see any thing in console and can not be reset it!

I fabricated cable with three pins 2.5.3 with 1.5.6 but didnt worked!

If the cable pinout is correct, and you're using the correct serial settings, it could be that the C20 isn't booting up to where the console is activating.  Recommend you contact TAC.

Wow, that is a first for me, glad you were able to figure it out and no major issue was caused by the wire.

Have you tried a different power supply brick?  We've had a few of the older units stop working as the power brick could provide some voltage, but not enough for the unit to work properly.
