I need to connect Cisco Telepresence SX20 .How to Login with Credentials and get the connected cameras in the network and control the camera of selected conference. How could i zoom and rotate the camera . As per my understanding we need to use VSOM Server and API . Could we rotate the camera using VSOM API

VSOM isn't needed, not sure where you heard or read that from. You can control the SX20's local camera (and far-end camera depending on how the conference is connected) via the web interface under Call Control using a web browser such as IE or Chrome for example, simply type in SX20's IP address into the browser and login with the admin username/password. Information about using the codec's web interface can be found in the SX20 Admin Guides.

thanks , for the reply. I am going to develop a custom application which deals with CISCO Telepresence . I need to monitor and control the camera in my application using the API. How could i programatically handle the conference of the camera.

You can use HTTP/S or SHH, among others, take a look at the SX20 API Guides for how you can connect to the API. To control the camera, you'll want to use xCommand Camera.
